http://supertweet.net API usage post disabling of Basic Auth on the Twitter API

It looks like it took a few days for people to realize their scripts were not working anymore :)

One of the things that's funny about this to me is how Twitter seems to think developers are sitting on the edge of their seats, waiting for the next exciting bit of news out of the @twitterapi team. Yet, despite 18 months of warnings, a 60-day buffer, etc., a TON of people clearly had no idea Twitter was going to shut off Basic Auth on the API and others probably didn't realize it would affect them.

As this usage increases, the need for federation for api.supertweet.net in the form of volunteers to run servlets to support the community is going up.  Please if you can help, shout out to @mrblog - Help us keep api.supertweet.net alive.
